Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the charge in attracting new clients and expanding revenue streams through effective sales strategies tailored to the payroll industry.
  • Become a product expert in all of our payroll and HR services, confidently sharing your knowledge with potential clients.
  • Utilize market research to identify trends, uncover new opportunities, and target the right businesses for growth.
  • Build lasting relationships with clients by engaging regularly and providing exceptional service throughout the sales process and beyond.
  • Leverage CRM tools to manage sales activities, track client interactions, and drive actionable insights.
  • Conduct face-to-face meetings with prospective clients, delivering tailored presentations that highlight the value of our payroll solutions.
  • Network effectively, utilizing connections with bankers, CPAs, and insurance brokers to foster referral partnerships (a big plus!).
  • Negotiate contracts and close new business with confidence, ensuring all client agreements align with our service offerings.
  • Collaborate with our conversion team to ensure smooth onboarding for new clients and to meet your sales goals.
What We're Looking For:
  • At least 4 years of proven sales experience, with a minimum of 2 years in the payroll/HR services industry (preferred).
  • Strong understanding of payroll processes, HR solutions, and market dynamics to effectively communicate with prospective clients.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to spot market trends and assess customer needs to fine-tune sales strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building rapport with clients, partners, and internal teams.
  • Self-driven and motivated to work independently, while thriving in a collaborative team environment.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software to manage relationships and track sales progress.
