What are the responsibilities and job description for the Emmeci Rigid Box Operator - 2nd & 3rd Shifts position at TPC Packaging?
ü Safely set up, run and maintain a Rigid Box machine, in accordance with proper make-ready techniques.
ü Perform fine-tune adjustments during the course of production and troubleshoot equipment.
ü Conduct data entry for production collection system and maintain maintenance documentation.
ü Perform all quality processes before, during, and after job.
ü Able to safely operate a pallet jack to move WIP during production, when needed.
ü Maintain housekeeping standards.
ü Work directly with leads and Department Manager on final approvals and quality checks.
ü Familiar with Windows based computers.
ü Perform additional duties as required.
ü Works proactively to promote teamwork at all levels of the company.
ü Conforms with and abides by all regulations, policies, work procedures, safety rules, security procedures and instructions.
ü Performs all duties according to established safety policy, including wearing all required PPEs to perform duties.
ü Willing to work flexible hours as necessary.
ü Ensure security of confidential Customer records and data.
ü Special projects as assigned, working independently and/or within a team.
