TPC Roofing is seeking an Experienced Roofing GSM to oversee recruiting, training and management of field sales reps throughout the entire state.

The General Sales Manager will be responsible for developing strategies to enhance direct and retail sales while fostering strong relationships with clients.
Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and collective sales goals.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies that align with company objectives.
- Manage key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Oversee direct sales efforts, including outside sales initiatives, to expand market presence.
- Provide training and support to team members on best practices in technical sales and customer engagement.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional materials that enhance product visibility.
- Monitor performance metrics and prepare regular reports on sales activities for senior management.

Experience
