Minimum Qualifications
Education:
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Experience:
- 2 years of experience in sales support, quoting, or administrative roles within a manufacturing environment preferred.
Knowledge:
- Familiarity with manufacturing processes, materials, and industry standards, particularly in cable assemblies and electro-mechanical assemblies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with ERP or CRM systems is preferred.
Skills:
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments.

Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare, process, and manage customer quotations in a timely and accurate manner.
- Collaborate with the sales and engineering teams to understand product specifications and pricing structures.
- Review and analyze customer requests for quotes (RFQs) to ensure all required information is gathered.
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments to obtain cost estimates and lead times.
- Maintain and update pricing databases, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
- Track and follow up on submitted quotations, providing necessary revisions or clarifications.
- Support sales representatives with documentation and data entry related to quotes.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in the quotation process.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement to enhance efficiency in sales support operations.
Internal and External Relationships
This position interacts with production, quality, purchasing and engineering departments on a regular basis. This position also interacts with outside vendors, contractors and suppliers.
