The ideal candidate for the Architect role will have strong technical expertise and construction document experience, as well as experience from a small to mid-sized firm. They will possess a proven track record of managing multiple projects through all phases, from initial design to construction completion. Their experience should demonstrate the ability to handle a variety of market sector projects.

Architect Responsibilities
- Ability to successfully work on a team to carry out design vision and execution of project drawing sets, schematic design through construction documents on small and large projects.
- Generating interior and exterior construction details.
- Quality control reviews / redlining of all project documents throughout project process; with strong ability for detailing. MEP and Structural Systems review, Code compliance and technical information coordination.
- Lead coordination with project consultants (Engineers, expeditors, etc.)
- Lead competitive bidding process and tabulation.
- Project construction administration, including job site visits.
Architect Requirements
- Bachelor's or master’s degree in architecture required.
- 6 years of relevant US experience.
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD/AutoCAD Architecture, Revit and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Demonstrated experience in construction document production.
- NYC building experience-knowledge of NYC building codes, DOB filing procedures with experience with expeditors.
- Experience in small to mid-sized ground-up and interior fit-out projects (10,000 SF – 50,000 SF).
- Strong technical understanding of building systems.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Permanent legal authorization to work in the US, and must be fluent in spoken and written English.
Architect Preferred Qualifications:
- Registered Architect or actively pursuing registration
- LEED AP certification
- Healthcare and/or hospitality project experience a plus

Pay: $70,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
