TPG Architecture is hiring experienced Technical Project Professionals / Job Captain to effectively lead diverse projects for our Corporate / Commercial / Workplace Interiors / Retail Banking Interior’s practice. We are seeking individuals who will excel in TPG’s entrepreneurial culture and are excited about the possibility of adding to our thriving Studios.
Candidates should have:
- Minimum of 5 years of technical experience in Corporate/Commercial/Workplace Interiors
- Must be proficient in Revit and AutoCAD when putting fully coordinated construction document sets together
- A strong understanding and experience with NYC/National DOB/Codes, compliance, filing strategies, base building infrastructure, landlord coordination, and consultant coordination through all project phases
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A technical detail-oriented mindset and an ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Salary Range: $80K / Yr - $95K/Yr | Full-Time
Position Location: New York, NY (Hybrid), Central Florida (Hybrid / Remote)
