Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the hotel operations during the night shift, ensuring smooth and efficient service for all guests.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns, ensuring immediate resolution and exceptional customer service.
- Supervise all staff, including check-ins, check-outs, and managing guest reservations.
- Ensure all security procedures are followed, including conducting regular patrols of the property and responding to any security issues that arise.
- Monitor and manage the hotel’s systems, including booking systems, POS, and other operational tools, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Resolve guest complaints or issues that arise during the night shift, maintaining high standards of service and professionalism.
- Maintain communication with other departments, ensuring all operational needs are addressed and guests are fully satisfied.
- Prepare nightly reports on hotel occupancy, guest feedback, and any incidents or notable events during the night.
- Work closely with senior management to address any issues and provide updates on the hotel's nightly operations.
- Proven experience in hotel management or a similar role in the hospitality industry, preferably in a luxury hotel setting.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage staff and operations during the night shift.
- Exceptional customer service skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to handle difficult situations and resolve guest issues efficiently and professionally.
- Knowledge of hotel management systems (PMS) and front desk operations.
- Must be available to work weekends, holidays, and evening shifts (3pm - 11pm).
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Fluency in English (additional language skills are a plus).
