Essential Duties And Responsibilities

- Open and close EKAL Activity Center
- Answer and handle phone calls with courtesy and politeness
- Book activity reservations in person or by telephone
- Solid knowledge of Fare Harbor computer booking system
- Check in and check out procedures
- Knowledge of Mill Falls Inns, Meredith area, Lakes Region attractions, Meredith Bay, wilderness trails and bike paths
- Manage requests for boat cruises, equipment rentals & tours
- Assist customers on and off boats from the dock
- Assist customers on and off kayaks, paddleboards, aqua-cycles, and canoes from ramp
- Provide customers with proper life vests for all rentals and tours
- Dock hand for boat cruises
- Handle cash and balance register
- Professional communication with customers, front desk, other departments
- Attend EKAL Activity Center trainings
- Clean shop, beach, boats, and equipment
- Set up and host activities, including Arts & Crafts, Paddleboard, and Wellness Classes
