Job Overview
The Hospitality Attendant is responsible for cooking, set up, and cleanliness of the breakfast service in safe and efficient compliance with policies and procedures, brand standards, and federal, state, and local regulations. As a Hospitality Attendant you play a key role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to patrons.
What you'll be doing
- Prepare breakfast dishes and arrange buffet offerings for service.
- Set up hospitality area before service, arranging tables and chairs, and ensuring proper table settings.
- Greet guests, and may serve food and beverages following policies, procedures, brand standards, alcohol awareness and federal, state and local serving regulations.
- Complete assigned side work and related cleaning duties in the hospitality area.
- Maintain a clean and organized hospitality area by clearing tables and resetting them for new guests throughout service.
- Assist with all aspects of service as requested.
- Clean kitchen and hospitality area preparing to the upcoming day following close of service
- Stock kitchen and supply deliveries as needed.
Skills and Abilities
Working Conditions & Physical Effort :
Physical work is a primary part of many of our hotel and resort jobs. Physical requirements include extended standing and walking, climbing, bending, reaching, pulling, pushing, kneeling, and lifting to 50 lbs. Some work is performed in an interior hotel environment with equipment and machines.
