*Job Summary* We are seeking a talented Front Desk Agent to join our team at a hotel/resort. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for guests and plays a crucial role in providing an excellent guest experience. *Responsibilities* - Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner - Check guests in and out efficiently - Handle guest inquiries and provide information about hotel services - Manage reservations and room assignments - Operate phone systems and direct calls appropriately - Process payments and maintain guest accounts - Assist with night audit procedures if required *Qualifications* - Previous experience in hospitality or hotel management is preferred - Proficiency in phone etiquette and customer service skills - Ability to speak multiple languages is a plus - Familiarity with night audit processes is advantageous - Knowledge of hotel operations and resort environments is beneficial
