*Job Summary* We are seeking a Night Auditor to join our team at a hotel establishment. The Night Auditor will be responsible for overseeing the nightly operations of the hotel, ensuring exceptional guest service, and maintaining accurate financial records. *Responsibilities* - Conduct night audit procedures efficiently and accurately - Manage front desk activities during the night shift - Welcome and assist guests with check-in and check-out processes - Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally - Maintain security by following procedures and controlling access - Process financial transactions including posting charges to guest accounts - Prepare daily reports summarizing hotel operations *Experience* - Prior experience in hotel management or hospitality industry preferred - Proficiency in night audit procedures and front desk operations - Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations - Knowledge of phone systems and excellent phone etiquette - Multilingual abilities are a plus for effective communication with diverse guests
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
