Position Overview: The Marina Supervises oversees the marina operation. This key person is responsible for the oversight of TPG Marinas? policies, management, regulations, budgets, operations, human resources, training, maintenance, expansion, short- & long-range planning, reporting, and other administrative/supervisory direction of all activities and staff at the marina and related facilities. The Marina Supervisor reports to the Regional Manager of Marinas.

Job Description:
- Responsible for overall cleanliness and appearance of both Mill Wharf and Scituate Harbor Marinas, establish and implement high standards of cleanliness and establish a high-level of service for customers.
- Ensure the facility and equipment are properly maintained, taking into consideration financial impact, aesthetics as well as function.
- Ensure the marina is operated in compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal regulations.
- Take charge and direct function of all personnel in connection with all emergencies.
- Fully responsible for safe handling of cash/credit cards, and for collection of all services rendered.
- Assist in any operation where a temporary shortage of help creates a problem.
- Plans, organizes, directs, assigns, coordinates and inspects the work done by all marina employees.
- Assist with transient dockage, including working with Docka and ensuring customers are checking in/out of their slip on the weekends so that slips can be made available appropriately
- The Marina Supervisor will serve as an emergency contact and will be available for weekend work throughout June, July and AugustA full understanding of our rates, transient rates and
- fuel prices.
- Effectively manage the dock staff and launch drivers.
- Any other duties as assigned by the direct manager and any other members of TPG Marinas Leadership

Qualifications
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- High school diploma preferred
- Must have reliable transportation
- 2-3 years of proven supervisory experience
- 2-3 years preferred marina experience
- General boating knowledge is a plus.
- Proficient computer-based skills knowledge required
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs. Able to stand for extended periods and occasionally kneel, stoop, bend and twist in tight areas. Ability to work in the elements regularly.
