The Store is the leader of the individual branch location. The Store Manager performs a wide variety of job functions, directing, and coordinating store activities to ensure safe, professional, and profitable operations. The Store Manager is accountable for meeting company objectives and adhering to company policies.
Principal Responsibilities
Acquire and Maintain Customers
Compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local statutes
Decipher, prepare and review financial statements and store reports.
Always ensure adequate availability of merchandise.
Fill out paperwork for submission to corporate support.
Follow monthly marketing plans.
Implement sales and marketing programs.
Maintain company vehicles within safe operating standards.
Managing inventory and cash assets
Meeting company standards for quality, customer service and safety
Meeting sales and revenue goals, implementing marketing and growth plans.
Prepare daily work schedules, assign tasks, evaluate employee performance; discipline, enforce company policy and terminate when appropriate
Provide a safe, clean environment for customers and associates.
Recruit, hire, and train to ensure efficient operations.
Set goals and conduct weekly staff meetings
Store Management
Train and develop associates.
All other duties deemed necessary for effective store management.
Essential Requirements
