We are hiring a skilled Logistics and Inventory Coordinator / Manager to oversee our Inventory Purchasing Processes, Accounts Payable, Shipping / Fleet Management, and Payment Processing and Record Keeping. This position requires on-site presence in Brooklyn, NY, and a proactive approach to ensure efficiency within a fast-paced environment across our sales teams, finance team, and warehouse team.
Responsibilities :
- Oversee inventory purchasing processes to ensure stock availability while minimizing excess inventory.
- Manage accounts payable related to inventory and logistics operations.
- Supervise shipping, receiving, and storage processes to maintain efficiency and accuracy.
- Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, sales teams, finance teams, and warehouse staff to ensure timely deliveries and seamless operations.
- Track and analyze inventory data to identify trends and prepare detailed reports for management.
- Implement and maintain best practices for logistics and inventory management to optimize workflows and reduce costs.
- Oversee fleet management and shipping logistics to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Process payments and maintain accurate record-keeping for all transactions.
