Inventory, Planning and Replenishment Manager

Job Purpose:
Seeking an experienced Inventory, Planning and Replenishment Manager to lead and optimize procurement, store inventories, and redistribution of products. Ideal candidates will excel in project execution, team leadership, driving efficiency and fostering collaboration across teams.
Key Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee system-generated forecast for Distribution Centers, Stores, and Hubs.
- Oversees the Inventory Analyst, Business Analyst, and Inventory Specialist.
- Communicate incoming product and product-related projects with DC teams.
- Manages and oversees the replenishment strategy from the DC to the stores and hubs.
- Works closely with the merchandising team to ensure their strategies are implemented and retained.
- Ensure all product-related teams are following the schedule on the planning calendar.
- Reference the company’s budget and forecast to ensure the team remains within budget.
- Review sourcing and lost sales within the stores.
- Work with the Supply Chain and Merchandising VP's when implementing store forecasts to ensure they follow budget and product strategies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Three years of experience in Inventory Management, Inventory Planning and Inventory Replenishment.
- At least three years of supply chain and team management experience.
- Preferred experience in aftermarket product procurement.
- Self-Motivated.
- Detail oriented.
- Organizational skills.
- Interested in advancement.
- Powerful customer presence.
- Enjoys being a part of a team.
- Strong Microsoft Office skillset, especially in Excel.
- Located in Houston or Jacksonville and able to work in the office (hybrid schedule considered after 90 days).
- Criminal background investigation, pre-employment drug screen and if driving most recent driving record.
