About the Role We are seeking a Quality Systems Specialist for our manufacturing facility in Newton, Iowa. The Quality Systems Specialist is responsible for maintaining a variety of Quality Systems through creation, maintenance and control of quality related Oracle check sheets. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Creates detailed weekly and monthly reports.
- Supports Quality and other departments in the creation, maintenance, and control of procedures, work instructions, forms, and other quality related documents.
- Assists in preparing and distributing documents, inspection labels, and forms.
- Performs audits and maintains records of audit activities.
- Provides support to other areas in the quality department. Who we’re looking for
- Associate’s degree in business administration, technology or related field and three years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Ability to create MS Excel formulas and format.
- Proficiency in Oracle and Autodesk PLM.
- High attention to detail. Location This position is on site at our wind blade manufacturing site in Newton, Iowa. Relocation assistance may be available.
