JOB DESCRIPTION
Position Responsibilities :
Troubleshoot issues relating to system and collaborate with vendor and / or end-users toward a resolution. Works independently or as part of a development team to resolve personal computer, network, or internally developed application problems. Deploys and administers applications. Coordinates and conducts user training efforts across all departments on both ERP and desktop applications to strengthen organizational and technical knowledge. Conducts unit tests of new and modified applications as required. Conduct research on applications, including release notes, and upcoming capabilities. Executes assigned project tasks within established schedule. Lead cross-functional content and platform development initiatives;Maintain platform functionality;Facilitate identification of objectives and priorities strategically across organizations Configure users, user groups, and permissions across appropriate applications. Manage communication between systems and assure alignment;Head up governance team that manages organization of system back log and contains unnecessary customization;Maintain and manage implementation for related applications.
Qualifications :
Undergraduate degree in IT related major, technical certification or relevant work experience. IT experience.
