Key Responsibilities :
Document and maintain operational processes for compensation and commissions.
- Develop technical manuals and guides for team use.
- Collaborate with teams to ask the right questions and gather process details.
- Ensure clear documentation of workflows for handoff during leaves of absence.
- Leverage strong Excel skills to analyze and present data effectively.
- Utilize and manage commission software systems.
- Support financial or commission-related tasks as needed.
- Experience in finance or commissions management.
- Proficiency in technical writing and process documentation.
- Strong knowledge of Excel and other analytical tools.
- Familiarity with commission software is preferred.
- Ability to work independently, ask insightful questions, and ensure process clarity.
