Title : Quality Control Tech
Location : College Park GA
Duration : 6 Months Contract
Job Responsibilities :
- Performs all aspects of Quality Control for the Atlanta logistic warehouse hub.
o Primary role is to performs quality control functions such as incoming, first article and field returns inspection
o Approve incoming materials by confirming specifications, conducting a visual and measurement test, rejecting, and returning unacceptable materials
o Return products for re-work such as RGA’s and RMA’s if needed and complete documentation to confirm re-work
o Document and update inspection results by completing reports and logs
o Communicates with product planners, engineers, and suppliers regarding product validations
o Oversee circuit board reprogramming function for Thermal products
o Manages and designs product packaging;and work instructions for DC & AC Power and Thermal products to ensure the protection / safety of the product and field technicians;must include the ability to use hand tools and power drills for building and designing specialize crating
o Monitors, communicates, and improve key supply chain KPI’s, including OTD.
o Works to resolve supplier technical issues in a timely manner to ensure continuity of supply
