Duties:
- Create and maintain Product Documentation, including user manuals, quick start guides, and technical documentation.
- Provide support for regionalizing documents as needed.
- Develop a cataloging system for all product-related documentation.
- Organize and write required documents using corporate standard style and formatting guidelines.
- Review and update current documentation to maintain consistency across product offerings.
- Collaborate with other departments to review brochures, web content, data sheets, and related materials for accuracy.
- Write White Papers, Application Notes, Case Studies, and Articles.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Skills:
Minimum Job Qualifications:
- BA or BS degree or equivalent experience in Communications or English.
- 1-3 years of experience.
- 1 years of writing/editing experience in a professional setting.
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Adobe.
- Location: South Bend, Indiana (Onsite).
