Duties:

  • Create and maintain Product Documentation, including user manuals, quick start guides, and technical documentation.
  • Provide support for regionalizing documents as needed.
  • Develop a cataloging system for all product-related documentation.
  • Organize and write required documents using corporate standard style and formatting guidelines.
  • Review and update current documentation to maintain consistency across product offerings.
  • Collaborate with other departments to review brochures, web content, data sheets, and related materials for accuracy.
  • Write White Papers, Application Notes, Case Studies, and Articles.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.


Skills:

Minimum Job Qualifications:

  • BA or BS degree or equivalent experience in Communications or English.
  • 1-3 years of experience.
  • 1 years of writing/editing experience in a professional setting.
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Adobe.
  • Location: South Bend, Indiana (Onsite).
