Job Title : Domain Architect
Location : Plano, TX (Hybrid); Should be local to Plano, TX and willing to work on-site at least 3 days a week.
Duration : 6 Months contract with possible extension
Looking to hire a Domain Architect having strong technical depth and hands-on experience of System Design, practical knowledge of the technologies about what they’ve done and how they did it.
Key Role Insights for Enterprise Architect :
- Leadership Role :
- Oversees a domain and collaborates with the business to strengthen strategy.
- Candidates must showcase strategy work on their resumes, including detailed examples of methodologies and implementations.
- Technical Requirements :
- Strong technical background, with prior experience as a developer transitioning into a leadership role in recent years.
- Systems design experience is crucial; candidates should be able to articulate technical complexities during interviews.
- A technical face capable of presenting to C-Level executives; excellent articulation and communication skills are critical.
- Cloud Knowledge :
- Understanding of cloud platforms is essential. While AWS is preferred, other cloud solutions are acceptable.
- Role Focus :
- Primarily focused on strategy and design, not hands-on coding.
Job Responsibilities :
Looking to hire a Domain Architect (Enterprise Architect ) for this requisition who are skilled in IT technologies.
These Domain Architect should have hands-on experience acting as Architects in their current 4-5 years of professional experience with background of being technological experts in Cloud [AWS services], Infosec, Microservices, APIs, Data, and other integration patterns, etc.
Also looking for candidates who are skilled in enterprise application portfolio management, technology portfolio management . Having experience with any EA framework such as TOGAF, Zachman, etc. as well as with any EAM tools such as LeanIX, Ardoc, ArchiMate, etc
