Job Description
- Performs daily duties in the Building mailroom, picking up and sorting mail.
- Performs data entry .
- Conducts internal mail runs twice daily, and at times may require external mail runs twice daily
- Processes all outgoing mail and express shipments daily.
- Experience in handling money is required.
- Able to lift 50 pounds at a minimum.
- Able to follow verbal and written instructions, and provide clear communication either verbally or in writing to supervisors and/or stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
