Job Title: HR Consultant/Change Management
Location: Atlanta, GA (Hybrid)
Duration: 9 Months Contract with good chances of extension.
Description:
- Evaluate the existing organizational structure and identify areas for improvement using organization data (e.g., spans and layers, org depth, cost by function).
- Understand business strategy and link organization change opportunities to specific business objectives.
- Gather relevant, meaningful external benchmarks and organization design best practices to inform deliverables.
- Collaborate with HR to develop job descriptions for new roles.
- Assist in the build out of formal structures (reporting) and informal structures (interaction models) to enable work processes.
- Evaluate Impact: Assess the impact of organizational design changes and make necessary adjustments.
- Identify relevant KPIs and a plan to measure impact Documentation: Document all organizational design processes and changes for future reference.
- Strong ability to analyze organizational and employee data to identify meaningful insights to inform organization design decisions.
- 3- 15 years of experience in planning and delivering complex organization design solutions.
- Understanding of change management principles.
