This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent project management capabilities, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage data and analytics projects from initiation to completion.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that align with business objectives.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with project goals.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Analyze data to uncover trends, insights, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Communicate project status, risks, and issues effectively to stakeholders and senior management.
- Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with industry regulations.
- Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and IT teams to develop and implement effective data solutions.
- Provide leadership and guidance to project team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in project management, preferably in data and analytics.
- Strong understanding of data analysis techniques and tools.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
- PMP or similar project management certification is preferred.
