Project Manager

Job Summary : The Energy Delivery Project Management organization is responsible for the planning, execution, and delivery of major projects related to gas compression, gas transmission, and gas distribution. This team plays a critical role in ensuring investments are aligned with the company's strategic objectives and meet safety, reliability, and infrastructure modernization goals. The EPC Project Manager will oversee the planning and execution of small to medium-scale projects, driving value and ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and schedule.

Key Responsibilities :

• Project Management & Planning :
• Plan and manage small to medium-sized projects of moderate-to-high complexity.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans with clear deliverables to achieve project objectives.
• Ensure the timely completion of tasks, while adhering to scope, cost, schedule, and quality objectives.
• Risk and Issue Management :
• Identify initial risks, issues, and constraints impacting project execution and work collaboratively with other functional areas to mitigate them.
• Stakeholder Collaboration & Communication :
• Lead project communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Facilitate communication with internal stakeholders and senior leadership, including presentations to the leadership team.
• Execution & Delivery :
• Oversee the flow of work across various stages of project development, ensuring smooth scoping, scheduling, execution, and closeout.
• Manage multiple projects concurrently at various stages of development.
• Performance & Continuous Improvement :
• Assist in developing performance metrics and track project execution performance.
• Recommend new processes, techniques, and standards to improve performance and project outcomes.
• Identify and prioritize the implementation of process enhancements to improve overall project management practices.
• Financial Oversight :
• Validate financial forecasts and reconcile project-related expenditures.
