Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and managing easement documents, conducting title research, and analyzing existing easement agreements. They will also engage with property owners, coordinate with internal stakeholders, and provide support for CMS internal clients.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and manage easement documents.
- Conduct title research and verify property records.
- Analyze and interpret existing easement agreements.
- Engage and negotiate with property owners regarding easements.
- Coordinate and collaborate with internal stakeholders, including project coordinators and designers.
- Interpret and apply legal property descriptions and blueprints.
- Provide support for CMS internal clients.
- Assist with distribution and low-voltage-related tasks.
- Perform administrative and research duties as required.
Requirements:
- High school diploma required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and general computer applications.
- Strong understanding of title work and property-related legal descriptions.
- MI Notary certification preferred.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
