Key Responsibilities
- Member Support: Serve as a dedicated point of contact for a Premier healthcare member, identifying opportunities and providing strategic support throughout the month.
- Contract Management: Track contract expirations and assess the transition to new contracts, ensuring the impact on existing agreements is understood and managed.
- Monthly Meetings: Lead and participate in 4-5 member-facing meetings per month, discussing contract renewals, savings opportunities, and operational updates.
- Ad Hoc Analysis: Address ad hoc requests related to sourcing, analytics, and savings opportunities, working closely with the member to deliver actionable insights.
- Collaboration and Reporting: Work in close partnership with the member to achieve key objectives, utilizing Premier tools (training provided) and internal resources to optimize performance.
- Healthcare Experience: Proven experience supporting members in a healthcare or hospital environment, particularly in supply chain or value analysis functions.
- Analytical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Business Intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI), with the ability to perform complex data analysis and create insightful reports.
- Member-Facing Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with members and stakeholders in a professional manner.
- Independence and Self-Sufficiency: Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple responsibilities without requiring constant supervision.
- Oracle Experience: Experience with Oracle systems is preferred.
- Data Interpretation: Strong understanding of data analysis, with the ability to interpret complex datasets and provide clear recommendations.
- Healthcare Supply Chain Expertise: Background in healthcare supply chain management or value analysis is highly preferred.
- Advanced Excel Case Studies: Experience in conducting advanced Excel-based case studies to drive decision-making and process improvements.
