Duration : Contract through 02 / 27 / 2026 with a high possibility of extension
Job Description : We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Technical Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have familiarity with SAP systems and experience in tracking performance metrics using spreadsheets. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a collaborative environment, improve processes, and contribute to meaningful data analysis.
Key Responsibilities :
- Add capital material to SAP work orders for non-engineered work to facilitate the creation of purchase orders.
- Adjust dates on capital work orders to align design task dates with committed dates from internal designers and design consultants.
- Analyze and track performance metrics using spreadsheets and other tools to assess project and team performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the accuracy and consistency of data across various platforms.
- Generate and present regular reports on performance metrics for internal stakeholders.
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve data collection, reporting processes, and overall team efficiency.
- Assist in the development and documentation of standard operating procedures (SOPs) to streamline processes and ensure best practices.
