The ideal candidate for this position is detail oriented and takes pride in providing a memorable experience for every guest. The Host or Hostess position offers an opportunity to work alongside a group of professional, hard-working energetic people who are all empowered to do whatever it takes to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

Key Responsibilities include:

Guest Service Standards:

• Hold yourself accountable for achieving established guest service standards and strive to exceed every guest's expectation.
• Utilize reservations systems like Open Table and manage waitlists efficiently, demonstrating strong customer communication skills.

Supervisor Collaboration:

• Work closely with your supervisor to achieve or exceed expectations, understanding and fulfilling the expectations of the Host/Hostess position.

Restaurant Ownership Mentality:

• Treat the restaurant as if it were your own, taking pride in its appearance, atmosphere, and customer experience.

Safety and Environment:

• Assist in providing a safe and healthy environment for all guests and fellow associates, adhering to safety protocols and cleanliness standards.

What you will bring:

•         High School or Equivalent.
•         Top notch customer service skills in person and on the phone.
•         Standing and walking more than 50% of the time.
•         The ability to lift or carry upwards of 20 pounds.
•         Be punctual and able to observe regular and consistent attendance.
•         Contribute to a positive team environment.
