Ful-Time/Salary: $18/hr
Shifts: Monday - Friday (7am to 3pm) & Saturdays & Sundays (8am to 4pm)
We’re looking for a professional, experienced housekeeping supervisor to perform impeccable housekeeping services and provide our guests with a safe and clean environment for an exceptional stay with us. You’ll lead the housekeeping team, ensure team members comply with high standards of cleanliness and sanitation protocol, and oversee the housekeeping department budget. Essential Job Expectations:
- Hire, develop, inspire and lead your housekeeping team to achieve established cleanliness standards
- Hire, develop, inspire and lead your housekeeping team to exceed every guest’s expectations
- Work closely with the Executive Housekeeper to achieve or exceed expectations
- Clearly communicate expectations to all housekeeping associates, holding yourself and other accountable
- Operate the hotel as if it was your own
- Provide a safe, healthy environment for all guests and associates
- Assure that your daily actions and decision making reflects TPI’s nine core values
