You will perform clerical, administrative functions, and customer service in order to drive company success.Responsibilities : Answer incoming calls and emails from customers inquiring about their ordersSend updates to customers about their orders as neededGather information on customer complaints for speedy resolutions from managementCall applicants and schedule interviews for the Plant Manager to conductConduct onboarding paperwork, background checks, and E-Verify reports for all new hiresPerform all other relatable office tasks given by Plant ManagerPreferred Qualifications : Previous experience in MS office systems and OutlookAbility to prioritize and multitaskStrong attention to detailStrong organizational skillsSchedule and Benefits : Monday through Friday 8 : 30am to 5 : 30pmPaid holidays and vacationMedical InsuranceOpportunity to grow and promote within the companyCompany Description TPI was founded in 1949 as a plastic extrusion house.
