Pay : $40.00 - $60.00 per hour
Job Responsibilities
- Monitor global network equipment availability and health.
- Troubleshoot and drive to a resolution a wide range of LAN and WAN outages and performance problems.
- Maintain network equipment configurations with SW updates and HW refreshes.
- Execute deployments of new network infrastructure, configuration changes, according to defined project specifications.
- Interface with equipment vendors and service providers and manage service request escalations.
- Communicate and collaborate with a global community of end users and team members.
- Create and maintain network documentation
