What are the responsibilities and job description for the Manufacturing Technician position at TPI Staffing Group?
In immediate need of a Manufacturing Technician I in the Brattleboro, VT area. This is a full time first shift position offering $15.00/hour.
Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret instructions on a Manufacturing Control Sheet (MCS) and Shop Order. Enter start time and completion data into system
- In accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), effectively complete required processes to manufacture product. May include assembly or operation of equipment to ensure high quality product
- Inspect finished product for quality and adherence to specifications
- Maintain a clean, organized and productive work area
- Proactively alert production manager or designee to material problems or other developments that may disrupt or delay production schedule
- Maintains cooperative communication across the organization
- Effectively and efficiently work in a variety of work centers
- Follow all safety guidelines and uses safety equipment that is provided
- Able to accept constructive feedback
Requirements:
- Shop Math skills
- Ability to operate Shop machinery in a safe manner

Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm
