Packer/Team Lead

In immediate need of a Packager, Team Lead in the Claremont, NH area. This is a full time first shift position starting at $19.00/hour.

Responsibilities:

• Monitors and delivers daily production goals and line standards (safety, productivity, quality, customer service and cost standards)
• Ensures production resources including materials, equipment and human resources are available as needed to maintain production schedules
• Completes one or more quality and safety report (s) at established frequencies and in an appropriate manner
• Assists with the management of production line employees
• Performs temperature monitoring of the products
• Provides leadership and employee training to ensure that employees are performing job responsibilities effectively
• Intervenes with employees regarding Good Manufacturing Practices
• Provides employee training to ensure that employees are performing job responsibilities effectively
• Informs maintenance and supervisors in case of machine breakage
• Make weight gains, check condensation and metal detector
• Performs washing of his equipment when changing

Hours: Monday-Friday 6:00am-5:30pm
