ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Receive and inspect all incoming shipments from outside vendors.
- Accurately count and document all received goods.
- Ensure packing slips are delivered to the appropriate purchaser.
Shipping Responsibilities :
Pull sales orders for shipment.Pull work orders for production.Repackage products as needed.Conduct cycle counting to maintain accurate inventory records.Maintain control of lot number traceability.Operate hand trucks, forklifts, or other heavy equipment as required.Perform tasks that require constant standing, stooping, and bending.Ensure warehouse aisles are clean and maintained according to 6S certification standards.Identify areas for improvement and submit recommendations to management.Work collaboratively in a team environment across all levels of the organization.Report any concerns to the Warehouse Supervisor.Job Requirements :
High school diploma or equivalent1-3 years of warehouse experience (shipping, receiving, or inventory control)Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Ability to lift 25-50 lbs. and perform physical tasks (bending, stooping, climbing)Forklift certification preferred (or willing to obtain within 30 days)Strong written and verbal communication skillsDon't wait-this position is filling fast!
