Customer Service Representative - Willowbrook Area
Temp to Hire
Starting at $16.00 / hour
Monday – Friday 8am - 5pm
The main role of a Customer Service Representative is to act as support for the Operations department.
This position is responsible for handling incoming customer orders and communicating delivery dates to customers.
Duties
- Process and acknowledge all incoming sales orders.
- Create sales order documentation such as labels, job travelers, packing lists, etc.
- Process and follow-up on all outgoing orders.
- Prepare documentation for customer shipments such as bill of ladings, airway bills, pro forma invoice, etc.
- Regularly prepare and submit all completed sales orders for invoicing.
- Filing and scanning.
- Answer phones as needed.
- Any other duties as requested.
