23 - $27 / hr
- Welds production and less difficult prototype instrumentation piece parts in various materials including stainless steel, precious and semi-precious metals using various types of welding processes which may include TIG and / or MIG.
- May operate program welding machine to weld production units and also assist machine welding operator in program welding higher volume production units when work load requires it.
- Welds must pass destructive and non-destructive testing based on certification requirements per individual product.
- Must maintain individual welding qualification and certification per product requirements.
- Sets up fixtures and lays out work for production and prototype piece parts.
- Performs work of a miscellaneous nature as required.
