Responsibilities
- Lead the marketing team, delegate tasks, and ensure timely completion.
- Create company literature and other forms of communication.
- Develop marketing and promotional materials for both print and digital platforms.
- Maintain and update company literature.
- Coordinate with advertisers for timely and high-quality ad submissions.
- Design and execute email marketing campaigns, copyedit, proofread, and revise communications.
- Manage website design and functionality.
- Create and distribute press releases, media content, executive bios, and social media content.
- Assist in the creation of documents while ensuring adherence to branding standards.
- Design and order business cards for staff following company guidelines.
- Prepare and manage marketing budgets.
- Oversee the creation and distribution of advertisements and marketing materials.
- Design print advertisements for publications.
- Conduct surveys and create reports based on customer feedback.
- Manage customer relationship marketing (CRM) and direct marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with the sales department to create promotions for specific products.
- Identify and evaluate trade show opportunities in collaboration with leadership.
- Organize and manage trade shows, including setup, logistics, promotional materials, booth design, and vendor coordination.
- Travel up to 20% to attend trade shows, customer meetings, and events.
- Participate in community networking events.
