Job Overview
We are seeking a professional and customer-oriented Receptionist to be the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and guests. This role involves greeting and assisting guests, answering and directing calls, and providing administrative support to management.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and employees in a professional manner.
• Answer and direct phone calls with excellent phone etiquette.
• Provide information and assistance as needed.
• Perform general administrative tasks, including data entry, scheduling, and document preparation.
• Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
• Assist management with clerical tasks as assigned.
• Navigate and access different departments within the facility as needed.

Requirements:

• Must be able to work a full shift without restrictions.
• Basic computer skills required; intermediate skills in Microsoft Office preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with a professional and friendly demeanor.
• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
• Bilingual in Spanish & English (required).
• Ability to sit for prolonged periods and lift up to 15 pounds occasionally.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
