Parts Administrator
Temporary, possible temp to hire
Hours : Monday - Friday, 7 : 30 AM - 4 : 30 PM
Pay : $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Position Description :
- Answer parts phone calls and transfer appropriately
- Filling
- Match all parts Invoices with their corresponding purchase orders.
- Code all parts freight bills
- Receive parts stock inventory
- Maintain customer proforma log on PLM share drive
- Process customer credit card transactions
