What are the responsibilities and job description for the Office Assistant position at TPI Utility Construction?
TPI Utility Construction is seeking a highly motivated Office Assistant. This is a Monday - Friday position.
The ideal candidate will have experience and knowlege and be able to perform the following:
- Review contracts and become familiar with the terms and conditions of such
- Attend pre-construction meetings and provide comprehensive notes
- Establish and maintain basic project files
- Assist with applying for Right of Way permits
- Aid in searching for potential bid opportunities and bid preparation
- Proficiency in Micorosoft Office, Outlook and QuickBooks online
- Indepenedently resolve day-to-day issues that may arise
Qualifications:
- 1 Year construction office experience preferred
- Dedicated, well-organized, detail oriented, adaptable and reliable
- Ability to plan, prioritize and mangae multiple tasks
