What are the responsibilities and job description for the Project Manager Assistant position at TPI Utility Construction?
TPI Utility Construction is seeking a highly motivated Project Manager Assistant. This is a Monday - Friday position.
The Ideal candidate will have experience and knowledge and be able to perform the following:
- Review contracts and become familiar with the terms and conditions of such
- Gain familiarity with plans, specifications, addenda and scope of each project
- Attend Pre-Construction meetings and provide comprehensive notes
- Establish and maintain basic project files
- Assist with searching for materials, ordering materials and equipment rentals
- Manage Project documents such as submittals, permits and locate tickets
- Aid in searching for potential bid opportunities and bid preparation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and Outlook
- Independently resolve day-to-day issues that may arise
- Deliver materials or parts to job sites
Qualifications:
- 1 Year construction office experience
- Dedicated, well-organized, detail oriented, adaptable and reliable
- Abilit to plan, prioritize and manage multiple tasks
