We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Inbound Call Operator to join our dynamic team. Duties
- Handle inbound calls from customers, addressing inquiries and providing accurate information.
- Utilize computerized systems to log calls, document customer interactions, and perform data entry tasks.
- Analyze customer issues and provide effective solutions or escalate as necessary.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism while communicating with customers.
- Support outbound calling initiatives when required to follow up on customer inquiries or feedback.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance customer support processes and improve service delivery.
Experience
- Previous experience in customer support role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Proficiency in data entry and familiarity with office software applications is essential.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are required to effectively engage with customers.

- Ability to type efficiently while conversing with customers is an asset.
