SEC Reporting Manager
Location : Irvine, CA (Hybrid - Flexibility to be on-site as needed)
3-Month Assignment (potential to extend or convert)
Pay : $100-115 / hour
Our client, a Fortune 300 a computer hard drive disk manufacturer and data storage company, is looking for a SEC Reporting Manager to join their team.
Responsibilities :
- Responsible for quarterly filings on Form 10-Q / 10-K with the SEC, including preparing of financial statements, Notes, MD&A.
- Oversee accounting for the company's capital structure (debt and equity).
- Prepare the statement of cash flows.
- Prepare the Form 8-K for the quarterly earnings release and related investor presentation materials.
