TQI Solutions is actively seeking a collaborative and skilled Senior Project Management Analyst to join our dedicated team. As a key contributor, you will provide crucial support to our esteemed client located in Norfolk, VA.
Responsibilities:
• Formulate and define systems scope and objectives based on user needs and a thorough understanding of business systems and industry requirements.
• Document requirements and translate them into system specifications.
• Apply comprehensive knowledge across key tasks and high-impact assignments.
• Plan and lead major technology assignments.
• Evaluate performance results and recommend significant changes affecting short-term project growth and success.
• Assist the Program Manager in planning, executing, and monitoring system installations on various vessels.
This is a full time, salaried, exempt position.
Requirements:
• Master’s degree in project management, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration or related field.
• Seven years of program management experience; MSC/US Navy experience strongly preferred.
• PMP/CAPM, CompTIA, and Scrum Master Certified.
• USN Division Officer or Department Head at-sea experience preferred.
• Experience Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Project, PowerBI.
• Proficiency with IT program management principles.
• Experience with MS Project a plus.
The incumbent of this position will be subject to a background investigation and will be required to maintain a Government granted security clearance.
