We are actively seeking a Submarine Maintenance Data Analyst to join our DTO team. This position is hybrid/remote in Chesapeake VA. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute your expertise to our dynamic organization.
Responsibilities
Perform various aspects of US Navy Submarine Maintenance and Sustainment data management and examination, to include:
- Evaluate, assess, and analyze complete problems and evolving requirements.
- Utilize and develop expertise in Data Science methodologies.
- Create and interpret Data Visualizations, preferably with Qlik/Tableau/or similar.
- Designing and optimizing User Experiences and Interfaces.
This position requires candidates to be United States citizens, exclusively due to the mandated security clearance requirements associated with our federal contract*
Qualifications
- Applicants must have 3 years hands on experience in US Navy Submarine Maintenance and Sustainment Data.
- Bachelors’ Degree preferred.
- Familiarity with Navy Nuclear Propulsion Information systems.
- Proven ability to employ research and analytical thinking.
- Proficiency in Data Science and Visualization tools (e.g. Qlik/Tableau)
- Knowledge of User Experience/Interface Design and Data Systems Engineering (Databricks and Trifecta)
- Strong attention to detail, effective time management, and consistent follow through.
- Ability to interact professionally and communicate effectively with high ranking Naval Officers.
- Excellent oral and written communications skills, including the ability to present information to diverse groups.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
