About the role:
As an IT Endpoint Engineering Specialist, you will provide best-in-class support to our TQL Systems and Software. These systems would include any interaction with our on-site computers, remote access, and mobile devices and you would be responsible for maintaining the performance and reliability of those systems and their integrations.

What you’ll be doing:
- Resolves issues of complex nature, working closely with Database, IT Support Specialists, Application Development and Network Teams
- Project leader who provides advanced troubleshooting skills for our endpoints across multiple platforms
- Performance testing and maintenance for our TQL computers, remote platforms (Citrix), and mobile devices (MDM solutions)
- Understand the lifecycle of our systems and provide recommendations
- Assist in incident management conference bridges when our endpoints are affected
- Manage and maintain software deployments through System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM)
- Must have the ability to work in a team environment.
- Maintain a clean and precise project update list that can be reported to leadership
- Ability to concisely communicate written and verbal communications with business leaders
- Contributes to the growth of the business by referring quality candidates into the hiring process
What you need:
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Maintains an excellent working knowledge of the latest Windows operating systems and Windows-based user applications
- Possess the ability to deal effectively with users, peers, and management.
- Impeccable organizational skill/ability to multitask between projects and tickets
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, Windows 10, SCCM, JIRA or equivalent ITSM tool
- Intermediate Server/Networking/Remote User/Telephony Skills
- Knowledge of Server / Windows Troubleshooting
- College degree or equivalent business experience preferred
- ITIL Framework a plus
