Duties
- Lead and manage construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Develop project plans, including scope, objectives, schedules, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project requirements are met.
- Utilize construction management software such as Prolog and HeavyBid for project tracking and reporting.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that arise on the construction site.
- Prepare and review construction estimates and contracts to ensure accuracy and compliance with specifications.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to interpret schematics and design plans using tools like Civil 3D.
- Maintain clear communication with all stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status.
