Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a comprehensive understanding of construction processes, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires effective communication with stakeholders and the ability to coordinate various aspects of project management.

Duties

• Lead and manage construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Develop project plans, including scope, objectives, schedules, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project requirements are met.
• Utilize construction management software such as Prolog and HeavyBid for project tracking and reporting.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that arise on the construction site.
• Prepare and review construction estimates and contracts to ensure accuracy and compliance with specifications.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to interpret schematics and design plans using tools like Civil 3D.
• Maintain clear communication with all stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status.
