TR Miller Heating, Cooling, and Plumbing is a fast-growing company, and we're looking for HVAC Installers who genuinely care about the customer and look at this opportunity as not just a job, but a career. Our HVAC Installers are responsible for completing all HVAC system installations efficiently and accurately and help make sure our customers receive a 5-star experience.
Job Responsibilities
You will accurately and efficiently install top-of-the-line heating and air equipment in our customers’ homes with the help of an apprentice / crew
Ability to work with others in team settings
Lead an install crew in replacing HVAC equipment
Be accurate and timely with invoices, timecards, curbside feedback and option sheets
Complete weekly 1 on 1's and ride alongs with team members to coach and develop the team
Effectively communicate with customers during installation process

Requirements :
2-3 years' experience in HVAC install
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
