TR Miller Heating, Cooling, and Plumbing is a fast-growing company, and we're looking for HVAC Service Technicians who genuinely care about the customer and look at this opportunity as not just a job, but a career. Our HVAC Service Technicians are responsible for helping our customers keep their heating and cooling equipment in great shape.
Job Responsibilities :
Run 3-6 maintenance and / or service calls daily
Be professional and authentic when working with our customers
Participate in training so that you grow and develop as a professional
Maintain communication with the team
Accurately troubleshoot and diagnose residential heating and cooling equipment

Requirements :
Experienced HVAC Technician (3-4 years)
EPA certified
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Possess a collaborative and customer-service-focused work style
